Service

Norsad’s whistleblowing service is intended to offer employees and applicable stakeholders a possibility to file an anonymous report about their concerns regarding a serious irregularity such as suspected accounting crimes or corruption. The service also gives reassurance that they will be protected from reprisal or victimisation for whistleblowing.

A report relating to an individual may only concern persons within Norsad and the companies in which Norsad invests. Other reporting channels – for example, by reporting to an immediate supervisor or by directly emailing complaints@norsadcapital.com – also remain available.

Please provide the following details for any suspected serious misconduct or any breach or suspected breach of law or regulation that may adversely impact the Company. Please note that you may be called upon to assist in the investigation, if required.
