He is a certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst with the Corporate Finance Institute and has completed level 1 of the CFA program. He began his career in private equity and later transitioned to financial advisory. He joined Norsad Capital in December 2022.

Jacob Hagerman holds an International Finance Law degree from Queen Mary & Westfield College, London, and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Lund, Sweden. He has extensive experience in advising on general business law and corporate law issues, participating in several mergers, acquisitions and exits. He also serves as a Board member of several Swedfund’s portfolio companies.

She has extensive experience from the US, Africa, Europe, Latin America and Asia and also brings experience in banking, real estate, capital markets, private equity, insurance and infrastructure.
