Prince holds an Honours Degree in International Finance and Banking from Sheffield Hallam University. He is also a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst, certified by the CFI Institute. He joined Norsad in March 2023.

Lebo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science and Public Administration from the University of Botswana. An ESG professional with extensive technical experience, she has training in areas such as Green Investments and Renewable Energy with the Asian Development Bank Institute and is a certified Carbon Taxation professional by the UN Institute for Training and Research. She has experience leading tourism initiatives and sustainability efforts within the tourism and conservation sector.

Nicholson Salani | Investment Analyst

Nicholson Salani holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in Economics from the University of Cape Town. He is a certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst with the Corporate Finance Institute and has completed level 1 of the CFA program. He began his career in private equity and later transitioned to financial advisory. He joined Norsad Capital in December 2022.

She has extensive experience in Corporate and Investment Banking and heading a market leading Loan Syndications team in Africa. She has worked in various senior management positions across the banking sector.

Molefi Leqhaoe holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Free State and is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Business Leadership, University of Pretoria. He has extensive experience in Corporate Governance, Business Continuity and Business Turn-arounds. He is a career banker and serves on the Boards of various other entities.

Jacob Hagerman | Director

Jacob Hagerman holds an International Finance Law degree from Queen Mary & Westfield College, London, and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Lund, Sweden. He has extensive experience in advising on general business law and corporate law issues, participating in several mergers, acquisitions and exits. He also serves as a Board member of several Swedfund’s portfolio companies.
