He has extensive experience in Corporate Governance, Business Continuity and Business Turn-arounds. He is a career banker and serves on the Boards of various other entities.
Jacob Hagerman holds an International Finance Law degree from Queen Mary & Westfield College, London, and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Lund, Sweden. He has extensive experience in advising on general business law and corporate law issues, participating in several mergers, acquisitions and exits. He also serves as a Board member of several Swedfund’s portfolio companies.
