Open Position: Associate, Special Assets Management
The Role
Norsad Capital is an impact investor and private credit provider offering flexible debt financing solutions to profitable, growth-stage companies in Africa, driving desirable social impact. We seek the brightest minds in our continual journey toward excellence. A highly experienced investment professional with extensive exposure to special asset classes is sought.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in an environment where you will be given an unprecedented amount of strategic and operational responsibility. It’s a unique opportunity for someone who has already demonstrated brilliance and mastery in a complex investment environment. In this role, you will develop strategies for managing, rehabilitating, and maximizing recoveries on distressed and complex investments exhibiting significant increases in credit risk. You will utilize innovative techniques to identify early warning signs of distress, assist in curbing further distress, and monitor implementation plans for rehabilitation and rescue mechanisms by clients. / See full advert
